The song goes something like this.
Im not looking for a hole in the ground but Im looking for one in the sky, where I know Im gonna live with the Lord and my loved ones by and by.
I get a little worried with the load that I carry but I never sit and cry.

Thats all I can remember but I would really love to find the entire song lyrics.

I've never heard of this song but I read the lyrics you posted and I LOVED IT!! If you find the lyrics and who sings it could you pass it along to me? I would greatly appreciate it!!

I most certainly will sweetie.
I thought the title was, Hole in the Sky, but the song that matched that everytime was totally different.
